A side view of the project shows several Pella windows and doors prior to installation. Adding multiple windows brightens up any room and naturally heats a home during the colder months reducing overall heating costs. The bricks were then added and later tinted to match the rest of the home. Belvedere has the tools and techniques to match any brick color.

This Broadway Avenue homeowner was extremely pleased with this newly constructed cedar clad addition built by Belvedere.The former add on was demolished and the new addition was built on solid masonry foundations.
French doors were installed to divide the dining room from the new family room. The porcelain tile floor is electrically heated with its own thermostat. The Velux skylight is nicely vaulted allowing for natural light. The vinyl windows are 24" from the floor level on both the rear and west wall adding even more light. |
